What we collect
When you send an enquiry or make a booking we collect your name, email address, phone number, travel dates, traveller counts and any preferences you share. Payment card details are never collected or stored by us — they go directly to PayPal or the card network.
How we use your data
We use your details to answer enquiries, prepare itineraries, confirm bookings with hotels, cruise operators and guides, and send booking confirmations. We only send marketing messages if you ask us to, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share only what is necessary with the suppliers delivering your trip (hotels, cruise boats, guides, transport) and with our payment processor. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
Cookies and analytics
We use essential cookies to run the site and, with your consent, analytics cookies to understand which pages travellers find useful. You can accept or decline analytics from the cookie banner and change your choice at any time.
Security and retention
Data is stored on encrypted, access-controlled servers. Booking records are kept for as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations; enquiry records are removed once they are no longer relevant.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email explore@exploreplus.net and we will respond within 30 days.
